Dan, the guy who gave us our estimate was awesome. The tech who installed worked hard but I felt like he was annoyed that I was home during install and was more bugged when my wife and kid came home. The second guy with Ricardo was really nice and great with our dog. My experience has been good but has room for improvement. In the end we finally have a working air conditioner.
I have requested several times an itemized and detailed quote of the service provided to me 2 weeks ago at my home. I was promised the detailed itemized quote by mail and email. Seems like this company is not going to do it. All i know is just the total price without the details about labor, hours, equipment, parts, etc. And my Home Depot card has not been built yet...
