My 20 year old soft water tank blew up, sending yellow beady stuff through all the lines in my home and plugging them up. They installed a new water softener and went out of their way to help unplug my pipes.

Our Superior Water installers (Mark Frank and I don’t remember the name of his co worker) did an amazing job installing our tankless water heater and water softener. They were very polite and respectful of my home and carpet, they even put down drop cloths and wore booties over their shoes! They did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. I would highly recommend them!!

Install crew showed up and installed unit in a very timely manner. Asked us our opinions often to ensure we were happy with where things were being placed. Very friendly, would highly recommend!
Spencer came and changed our water filters, we always feel safe drinking our purified water. Spencer was polite and business professional. He was also friendly.
We have had filtered water and a water softener for several years. Superior has done a great job keeping both devices working well. I enjoy working with them and I plan on doing so for many years in the future.
