I came home after work and my house was at 59 degrees! Called a neighbor , he did what he could but no heat. I called Superior after hours told them my story. Their technician Levi Hatch, got right back to me. He outlined the cost and I said “okay”. He worked through all scenarios as found my problem. Did a quick fix and messaged the company to get back to me on Monday. He was professional, friendly and smart! Thanks Superior Water and Air for your well trained employees!
