The installation was perfect. Mark Frank called me to let me know he was on his way to my house. He arrived on time and got straight to work. I was impressed by the care he took. He stopped to slip on shoe covers and then laid out drop cloths to make a path to the basement utility room. Installation was even better. My water softener is installed and looks and works amazing. I would definitely hire Mark Frank and Superior Water & Air, if needed in the future.
