Terrible experience after installation and multiple billing issues
Recommendedjust had my water heater and water softener replaced. They showed up on time, was very friendly and professional. Did a great job.
Mark Frank, of Superior Water and Air, replaced a CSST coil line that was improperly installed at our gas meter years ago. He replaced it with 3/4 black hard pipe according to code. We appreciate his knowledge and professionalism in this corrective work. We highly recommend Mark Frank and Superior Water and Air.

Josh was my technician. he was professional and punctual. he not only serviced my water heater, he helped with my furnace. I will use them ever time!
Josh was great. He came in saw the problem and said this will be easy. He looked at more and verified it would be easy. He then fixed our leak problem very quickly, easily, and professionally. I then asked some questions about the heater in our garage and helped clean the filters and did it all with a smile and a lot of encouragement. He is great to work with and very knowledgeable and willing to help.
their home warranty program is fantastic. they have installed both of our furnaces, one of our condensers, and our hotwater heater. today, Levi solved our problem quickly and tuned us up for the rest of the winter.
