I am a bit weary of HVAC companies because they tend to upsell you. We needed our furnace and A/C tuned up, and Jon was at the Home Depot in Ogden and gave us a special price. We scheduled an appointment, and the technician they sent out was Jacob. Jacob was very professional and got to the source of the issue. He took his time, and made sure we understood what was going on. After all was done, the price paid was exactly what they quoted us at. We had a great experience with Jacob, and everyone was professional.
Martine came to install filters for our reverse osmosis drinking water system - He noticed a few other conditions to look out for in the future (i.e., water heater tank seam beginning to rust, Air Scrubber UV light was out) and we felt no pressure to address these right away - Martine was pleasant, knowledgeable, funny, and taught me a few things about our system that I can easily monitor now and take care of myself or call Superior to repair.
