I love the thread cards so I can see the actual colors and feel the thread before I purchase. I have never had a problem with any thread but understand their warranty on thread is excellent. Love Bob and his thread lessons. (and jokes)
Their threads are high quality. I just ordered Sew-Complete for the first time. Wow. So much nicer (And less lint) than what I used to think was the best polyester thread for garment sewing.
Ease of use across all lines of thread, educational info, all the thread colors (!) and service. Bob’s jokes are tolerable. 🤣🤣🤣
I love Sew Fine, I never have trouble w/tension and it stitched beautifully.
I like their 100 weight for quilting.
