Just got off the phone with Trish, who got my order placed when I kept getting a server error, online. She helped me with all of my questions and was a ray of sunshine, the entire time. Have to apologize for all of the lost calls! You wouldn't know it, if she was annoyed! Turns out my phone was trying to hook up to the car, in the garage, when we were talking. My husband thought he was pushing buttons, while cleaning & hung up on us a few times! Not my day for technology, but I'm glad Trish was there to help!

I want to thank Ellen Franck for her help and expertise in pointing me in the right direction concerning thread and needle selection for my longarm machine. I was having difficulty quilting through football jersey material with my Statler and she gave me some ideas. I ordered the #5 sharp needle and Magnifico thread. With Omni in my bobbin and Magnifico for my top thread and a #5 needle installed, I had zero problem! I am grateful and very happy. Wonderful customer service! I spoke to someone today about an order I made online. The search I looked for was 108" wide backing ... and several fabrics came up. I ordered one and it arrived and was a basic 42" fabric ... not 108. The lady I spoke with agreed that the website is very confusing and it's easy to not know that you are not getting the 108". She then went on to say that the existing fabric I received could not be returned after it had been sent. Very poor customer service and totally disappointed in Superior Threads. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Superior has gone above and beyond to help me out, service is fast, and everyone I have talked to in the company has been an absolute peach! Completely satisfied customer here!
The service is great. The employees are super and very helpful. I definitely will order again. They are shipping my thread so I don't have to take it on the plane.
