I cannot say enough about Superior Service! Briton and the tech, Mark, were awesome. SAME DAY service and the repair did not break the bank. I highly recommend if you need someone to check out your AC. Definitely will use them again as needed as well as for maintenance program. Thank you for making my home cold again.
James arrived on schedule and was very efficient in performing the required regular service. He identified a problem with mold growth and offered a solution, which he explained fully. I decided to purchase the equipment necessary to solve the problem and to my surprise he had the equipment on his truck and was able to install it that day. As usual, Superior Service lived up to it's name! James is another of the excellent technicians this company provides. As usual, I am totally satisfied with their service.
I was impressed how professional the company was. There was someone I actually got to talk to instead of pressing buttons. They followed up with their status on my service.They even give you a profile with the picture of the person who would be coming to provide the service. They explained what was wrong with my water heater and told me my options, which they explained step by step what I would be paying for. There were no hidden or inflated costs.
