Mark came out on time and fixed our problem and was done within 15 minutes. He was so respectful and courteous, he explained what went wrong and how he fixed it without talking down to me like many of the other companies seem to do. He was very knowledgeable and that really put my mind at ease. I love how they text you a picture of the technician that is coming also. Great company that will now be doing all of our AC needs.

Very good experience with Superior Service. As always, the technician was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and offered suggestions concerning the effects that our Florida weather can have on an A/C system. Again, I am very happy with Superior Service and do recommend them.
We had an issue on a holiday and expected there to be a long wait when we called in. We were given a timetable of about an hour to three for the wait. The technician was there within 30 minutes. Our technician(Mark) was very knowledgeable and gave us quotes before performing any work so we knew what to expect.
