Very good experience with Superior Service. As always, the technician was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and offered suggestions concerning the effects that our Florida weather can have on an A/C system. Again, I am very happy with Superior Service and do recommend them.
We had an issue on a holiday and expected there to be a long wait when we called in. We were given a timetable of about an hour to three for the wait. The technician was there within 30 minutes. Our technician(Mark) was very knowledgeable and gave us quotes before performing any work so we knew what to expect.
