We had 3 cars, and needed to trade 2 for one new... Nissan not only gave us the best price for both cars being traded, they closed the deal within 2 hours so I could get on the road on time. Now almost 2 months later we’re closing on our house in less than 10 days and needed proof Nissan paid off said cars in the trade. The manger spent at least 30 minutes finding the correct documents for us, calling people and asking questions just to make sure we have what we need to close on time!! Great service and great people.
Worst experience I've never had at a dealership. Didn't want to help us at all. I had to go in and ask for help. when I did go in it took me looking around for someone free to help. people with no one at their desk completely avoid me. Then they didnt even want to talk about making us a deal...just pretty much here it is take it or leave it. We left...sad because they use to be really good and very pleasant to deal with.

I have our Altima at Superior Nissan. Derrick, the service manager, has been very accommodating. In a nutshell, dealers have universal wheel lock keys, and my stock lug nuts were replaced with locking lug nuts before we bought the car. The key we got had a manufacturing defect. We now have a locking lug nut key that works. 1As a courtesy, Superior Nissan is rotating our wheels free of charge. This car is the third new vehicle we have purchased at Superior Nissan.
