I bought our car through the internet. Jay was a great help and I had no trouble. We drove close to 299miles because this is the car I wanted and the price was right. We are SO happy with this car and all the features it had.
At this time, I cannot recommend Superior Nissan of Conway for those that do not wish to finance through the dealership. In my case, my bank's approval letter had a code in the top-right of page 1. Per the dealership instructions they provided, the dealership is supposed to enter that code on the "Lender Referral" page under the "Leads" page in Dealertrack (the general manager confirmed that they do use that system). RecommendedI have been using Superior Nissan of Conway sense 2014. They have financed all my vehicles, I have always had the best experiences with them in sales and service. I would recommend to anyone as I will continue to use them.

We drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle they had, and Ken did a fantastic job with everything and making sure we got the best deal possible. Plus, we didn’t have spend all day getting financing. Highly recommend!

We went in after searching most of Sunday and walked out a few hours later with the exact car, great warranty, and outstanding customer service from Tim and Drew. Very transparent with the entire transaction. Will definitely recommend this place and they will absolutely have my future car buying business.

Teddy was very helpful and quick with our purchase. We drove down from Mountain Home, AR to pick up my wife’s 2018 Nissan Murano. We were at the lot for about 20 minutes and we were on our way! Everyone was very professional. Will definitely buy again!

Superior Nissan proved to be an excellent choice for our recent vehicle purchase. Jeremy Stinnett, our salesman, was very upfront, easy to work with and he didn't try to pressure us. He only wanted to ensure that we got what we wanted. The management staff was the same way. The entire process was quick and smooth. This past Monday, the salesmen Ken & JT worked their tails off to make a deal happen for me! They were both polite, answered any & all questions for me & made the process quick & smooth!
