Beware the service department. Recently had an oil change, and told them all the tires were 4 pounds low - after being given the typical “oh we’ll take care of it”, there wasn’t an ounce of air put in any of the tires. Makes me wonder if they are checking anything, including even really changing the oil! They did try to sell me a $75 air filter though, so thanks for that.

This was the worse experience I've ever had with a service department at an authorized dealership. If I could give negative stars, that's what I would do. Alexis showed her true colors today and they weren't very pretty. I've never been talked to and mishandled like a subordinate human being in my life. I treat people how I want to be treated and I would suggest they relay that to alexis in the service department...maybe some racial sensitivity training would help. Easy going and fast workers. I had a ton of issues with a prior dealership, but Nissan of Conway fixed all my problems with my car and got me back on the road ASAP. Great service techs and even friendlier mechanics.
