Beware the service department. Recently had an oil change, and told them all the tires were 4 pounds low - after being given the typical “oh we’ll take care of it”, there wasn’t an ounce of air put in any of the tires. Makes me wonder if they are checking anything, including even really changing the oil! They did try to sell me a $75 air filter though, so thanks for that.

This was the worse experience I've ever had with a service department at an authorized dealership. If I could give negative stars, that's what I would do. Alexis showed her true colors today and they weren't very pretty. I've never been talked to and mishandled like a subordinate human being in my life. RecommendedEasy going and fast workers. I had a ton of issues with a prior dealership, but Nissan of Conway fixed all my problems with my car and got me back on the road ASAP. Great service techs and even friendlier mechanics.
RecommendedI own a Kia Optima. But, I refuse to go to Kia for any of my Services on my car. The service department always handles anything I need done to my car. They are kind and quick. Derick and his Team in the Service department are awesome. I tell all of friends to go see them!! FIVE STARS all around!!!!
