I needed a car and Danny Weiser had a Nissan Altima that had just came in, so he showed it to me, explained everything about the car in detail. He then took me to the finance department with Jim Cathey. I was able to get my payment where I needed it. This is my third Nissan vehicle from Superior Nissan in Conway. My wife and I both purchased vehicles from Superior. Tim and the rest of the staff were all very professional and courteous, and they helped us get to a deal that we felt really good about. No pushiness, no hidden fees, no gimmicks, just straight up good service.
We had excellent customer service from Scott Padgett and Jim Cathey. We had spent all day at another dealership and couldn't get the service or efforts that they did here at this dealership. Thank you guys. We definitely would recommend going here for a vehicle.
TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY DO NOT FALTER!! 5* Service!! I needed a sensor replaced but was unable to bring my vehicle in to the location. THEY PICKED IT UP AND DELIVERED BACK TO MY HOUSE! I've been a client of these folks since 2012 and have never been disappointed! Love These Guys!
You DO NOT need GAP insurance, extended warranties, nor tire/wheel coverage. Just say NO. Read your paperwork before you leave!
