Be Careful – After several "miscommunications" the truck showed up a day late. The driver asked me to tell the company if they called that there were three men when there were two. He also asked me not to tell the company that his girlfriend was there. Because there were only two men it took two days to move my things. They were not careful and very messy.

THEY HOLD YOUR PROPERTY HOSTAGE FOR MORE MONEY – Please read your contract very carefully and do not take their word on anything. Get everything in writing down to the most minute detail. Do not let them leave your home until you have unpacked everything you think could be damaged. Make them mark it on the inventory, make a copy and take pictures. Artie, This is an American company run and owned by a United States born citizen. Everyone should read any contract before signing anything and receive a copy of everything they sign. Superior is not responsible for the items inside boxes that you pack and unpack. If Superior packs and unpacks your boxes they are responsible for damages to the items inside the boxes. You do have 60 days to file a claim, so you were told correct information. Sorry you feel negative about your move with Superior.

RUN - WORST MOVERS EVER!!! – The only reason why I gave them 1 star is because 0 stars wasn't an option. This company is filled with the rudest, most unprofessional liars I've ever come across in my life. They are nothing but a bunch of scam artists.
