What can I say? This company was extremely helpful with our move to Delray Beach, Florida. The estimate was accurate, movers were friendly and willing to help, and when I had a problem Superior Moving & Storage were there to help. I was looking for a company to help me move and I was blown away by Superior Moving & Storage. Movers could not have been more professional and helpful. THANK YOU!!!

I was happy to find superior moving. I had to move from Miami to Utah for a new jobs I was worried how I was going to move long distance. After doing some web searches I found Superior Moving and I was very happy. From day 1 they helped me with every aspect of my move. They helped me move my larger electronics and some of my large awkward shaped furniture with no problem! Every staff member I dealt with was pleasant and friendly. I highly suggest Superior Moving to everyone!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – Superior moved us summer of 2011. I wrote a truthful account of our experience with them on the internet. And it was NOT a good one! Now, 16+ months since I last posted, they are continuing their bulling tactics by threatening a lawsuit. Check the records, this company is bankrupt. Know what you are getting into before you agree for any moving company to come into your home!

Brad & Jennifer, We are sorry the two of you feel bullied. Lawsuits are served for defamation when untrue statements are posted repeatedly. We appreciate accurate and true feedback so that future customers have a true understanding of the service they will be provided. Superior is also not bankrupt nor have we filed bankruptcy. I agree that it is good advice to research any company coming into your home to perform services.
Superior Moving & Storage has had their attorneys send letters to some former customers of a threat to sue in excess of $15,000 if negative comments about their moving experience are not removed. There were MANY. Scroll way down & you'll still find some. But, a lot have been deleted. Do a web search as you can still find other negative postings ....even youtube. A company's reputation should be built upon providing quality service. Not on threatening past customers into silence.

Robert, As we have never moved you nor performed any moving services for you, your feedback is not an accurate account of your experience with Superior. Lawsuits for defamation are served due to untrue posts and slander. We encourage people to post about their experience with Superior.
Superior has had their attorneys Bloom & Freeling send out letters, along with drafted court papers, threatening to sue ($$$) many past customers that posted negative feedback referencing damages, mold, missing items and Superior's unwillingness to resolve the problems associated with the move. Many of these posting are well over a YEAR old! Most have now been removed.

Douglas, Superior always strives to provide quality service to every customer. If reviews are removed from a website that is because they violated the terms and regulations of that website. Superior does not have control of removing posts from any site.
Superior is threatening lawsuits to their customers they have wronged in so many ways for posting negative reviews. Yes, md854, Robert,lets get together. Please contact me at janed4466(at)gmail use the @ symbol. For those of you continuing to use them... make sure a lawyer reviews EVERYTHING you sign before you sign it. DO NOT PAY THEM EVERYTHING UP FRONT. If ANY moving company needs the full amount BEFORE delivery, that's an indication something isn't right. Also, take lots of photos of your items BEFORE they touch them.

Jane Doe, Superior works out payment options with each customer. Some customers choose to pay their entire move upfront, some pay a deposit and the rest of the monies on delivery. We do not force customers to pay for their move upfront. I agree that everyone should read all documents before they sign them so they know what they are signing.
I would highly recommend Superior Moving. They recently moved my grandmothers Steinway Piano and did a fantastic job. I was really worried, it's been in our family for over 60 Years and they wrapped it and moved it in a very professional way.

So in love with this company. Super professional. Super fair pricing. And Super job... I have never felt so safe with a moving company in my long history of moving and am so glad that I know who to go to now and, more importantly, to recommend to my friends and clients. Great job, Superior, for being so awesome! You've definitely earned a long-term customer. (If you have giant furniture and are worried how the heck you're going to get it out of your home/3-story townhome, call Superior!)

Superior Moving Does It Quickly I called and asked for a local move in three days. They were able to accommodate that short notice. The movers arrived a little early, but were patient with me as I finished getting boxes filled. The price for the move was modest. The service was very good. They did take good care of my belongings. I certainly would recommend their services. Gary
