After listing our house for sale, flyers from moving companies came in like a swarm of locusts, but three of the flyers stood out, so we thought we’d give them a try. An employee from one company we called to interview was rude and surly over the phone, made the ordeal seem like an inconvenience and refused to even come out and do an estimate. I absolutely had to take the time to write about this company. The team they sent was BEYOND incredible. I moved with Superior Moving & Storage last year, and it was a positive experience, which is why I hired them again. I have a large family so had lots of rooms to move. I was a little nervous about it so I interviewed several companies. Moving is no fun but thankfully Superior came through and helped me through every step of the process and took the stress out of it for me. On top of that they were on time, friendly, and reasonable with their pricing so all in all I am very happy. Thanks guys!

I moved from upper Florida down to Pompano and Superior was great! They were at my house not only on time, but even a bit early! The crew was very nice and were very easy to work with. I called the receptionist lady, and our original quote was very fair, and stayed the same throughout the whole move. There was very minimal damages, and what was damaged was compensated by Superior! Overall a very good experience.

The office was very professional and they did a lot of follow up calls, they really impressed us with the estimate. So we chose them and they did a good job. After the job we received a quality assurance call from Lauren, which we thought was very professional as well. We told her the mirror was broken and she advised us they would get it fixed and not to worrry about it.

We had to move from Franklin Lakes, NJ to Boca Raton, FL and calling this company was the best idea we ever had. They were professional from beginning to end. They arrived early and the first thing they told us was "Thank you for allowing us to move you, our team really appreciates the work" The movers were friendly, thoughtful, and more careful with our things than we are. Great experience with Superior Moving & Storage, could not have been better. They sent 5 movers who moved me from Naples, Fl to Jacksonville, Fl. They packed everything in no time, and were careful with my belongings and conscientious about where I wanted everything unloaded at in my new place. The price was great, but the best part of the move was the crew. In particular, the supervisor Marion stood out, but they were all friendly. We recently had to move my great grandma from Jupiter Florida to Texas and the move went great without despite her age. The lady that came to do the estimate was very professional and polite, and gave us a great price. (Even beat the best competitor price that we had originally gotten) The moving truck arrived on time and the overall move went as smoothly as it possibly could. Though I can't say the same for my grandma which is not in the best of health but the move assistance defintely helped.

The truck arrived when they said it would and it was new and modern type truck just like they promised. I was not embarrassed moving into my new neighborhood. We have used movers several times, my husband gets transferred a lot and most times an old beat up truck shows up. We were pleasantly surprised and the guys were great.
