Ugh, no one likes the annoying, drawn out process of moving. It's really a bummer and I hate it. Superior Moving and Storage did a good job though, and really made our lives easier. They helped us out a lot with information, and packing tips. Superior's customer service was immediately friendlier and more responsive than anyone else! I am confident to say this is the best moving service company in Florida. Moving is one of the largest tasks a person will experience in their lifetime. Our moving services weredone on 8/15/13. The people who took my order on the phone did a great job, and were very friendly. I did a lot of internet research on Superior Moving & Storage, and they had a lot of good reviews.Diesel andMike showed up at my homeon time and in a clean moving truck. To be quite honest, I didn't pick Superior Moving & Storage for their exceptional service and rave reviews (although it is impressive!) I actually chose Superior Moving & Storage for the simple fact that after Hurricane Sandy devastated the Northeast, Superior Moving sent truckloads of donations up to the victims. I had noticed a Facebook post to bring donation supplies to them for the hurricane victim, and when I did I met some of their employees and I was so touched. Superior Moving & Storage out of Pompano Beach, Florida are up front and honest movers who really seem to care about their work. I was moving out of an apartment and into a storage unit. They came out and provided me with 20 free boxes, which I needed. They were on time and kept in contact, throughout the whole moving and estimate process. I recently used Superior Moving & Storage in South Florida. They were wonderful! Before the move, they were very flexible and helpful with scheduling and re-scheduling, I must have drove them crazy, but our closing kept getting postponed. On moving day, the crew was efficient and careful with our boxes and furniture, and with the walls and floor of the rental house. They left everything in perfect shape. The experience I had with Superior Moving & Storage was the most pleasant move I ever had with a moving company. The crew showed up on time and was ready to get to work the minute they walked in. The 4 guys were very friendly and immediately introduced themselves. I usually don't post a review for anything, but these movers were exceptional! They could not do enough to help us. We had some large pieces of furniture and no freight elevator and they never complained at all. Superior Moving & Storage in Pompano Florida did a great job for us.
