Sorry you were dissatisfied with your move. When a claim is filed for damages or missing items, the insurance company verifies the validity of each claim through what the customer writes, the pictures they provide, and testimonies from parties involved. If the insurance company denies your claim Superior cannot reimbursement you any money as that would be considered insurance fraud. You were served with a lawsuit for slander because of multiple untrue posts under different usernames.
We were really nervous about making such a big move from NJ and heading to florida. We searched online and dealt with numerous moving companies over the phone looking for the best price. Superior Moving was reasonably priced and had been in business for 20 years. Out of all the companies we researched we took a chance with them. They did a great job and the guys were very nice.

Great movers, they arrived early (wasn't ready for them actually.... that was our bad, but luckily my wife's friends came over just in time to help us finish up boxing up a few more things). Exactly as advertized; prompt, nothing really damaged except a small scratch on our dresser (didn't bother us as it was on the back-side and you couldn't really tell anyways) They offered to take care of it . Would definitely consider using them again. -Ryan R.

Excellent Company! I couldn't be happier. They moved us from Palm Beach to Louisiana with ease. There were a few minor damages done, but the company took care of them and was very fair in the claims handling process. The guys were very nice and did everything we asked them to do or not do. Very professional and have already recommended them to friends back in Florida. All in all I am glad I chose this company.

I cannot begin to say how awesome these guys were! They moved my familyi from Miami to Austin Texas, and everything was perfect! Usually with moving companies, they are either late, unprofessional, or lose items, but not with Superior. Our estimator was on time and very professional.
