For years we used Superior Lawn Sprinkling and loved working with Ty. We thought this company had integrity and honesty, we were wrong. This last season they missed winterizing our sprinklers (we were on the schedule in October and were simply missed.) Our pipes burst and the water flooded our basement, ruining Christmas presents. They told us what to do, but when we contacted in the spring, the original proposition was we pay for the part ($179) and they cover labor ($50).
