Their tagline is "Yeah, we're that good." I would laugh at this if they weren't absolutely the worst company I have dealt with - ever. The ac in our office went out so we called them from a referral. They came out, 'diagnosed' the issue and came back to fix it the next day. That would have been great if they had ACTUALLY FIXED IT. The unit never worked after that, we lost a couple days of business because of it, and ended up having to get another company to fix the job. Incredible company, from the service technician to the supervisors, everyone takes a personal role in your service call. If you need AC service in the Charleston area this the company.

Unsatisfied to say the least. First of all I called about my house all ways being hot in the summer since I moved in, in 2008. The tech came out and replace my still working (was about to go out shortly though) capacitor without saying anything to me, and then got charged 160 for a 20 part. I have never dealt with a company who takes it upon them self's to replace parts with out discussing it with the owner first.
