Worst patient service ever. – Please do not go here. They told me I did not need my prescription when I made an appointment, then they treated me like an idiot for not showing up to my exam with my current prescription. They were unclear with my insurance (even though I have a common carrier) and had to call me to return some of my contacts because they were not covered. Once again fantastic! – Very professional and courteous. The doctor was very helpful in answering my questions and the staff helped me find an awsome pair of glasses, which I've gotten so many compliments for. It is definately worth the visit to this establishment for the variety of frames, quality service, and helpfull staff.
Unprofessional eyecare – I have to agree with the last user. They lost my perscription several times and I had to have my eyes examined about 4 times. It took about 4 months of trying to get contacts before I finally gave up and went somewhere else. Even though I was there almost once a week, they never seemed to know who I was and could never find my file.
Inferior Glasses – I needed an eye exam and to get new lenses in my current frames. I bought thin, scratch-resistant, progressive lenses for my bifocals which cost me $259. No real warranty or meaningful replacement policy. A waste of money. I use a special glasses cleaning cloth and these lenses are more scratched than the old lenses I had replaced, which were discarded without my consent. I ended up taking my perscription to Lenscrafters and getting (using coupons) a completely new pair of classes and frames for around the... read more
Total Nightmare! – The money we saved wasn't worth the countless mistakes and miserable service we received. Avoid if at all possible.
