The doctor was very fatherly, he was very concerned with my eyecare and somewhat treated me like he might a daughter, which was endearing. Julia was amazing. She accomodated my every (even if somewhat demanding!) request. She got me in with no appointment, worked with me for a longer time than neccessary regarding insurance, and was in general, a pleasure. Give Julia a raise! :)

Great deal – I’ve been coming to superior EC since 2003 and have returned time and time again for the great selection and excellent customer service. I’ve always got a great deal for both frames and contacts. I have lived out of state for the last 3 years and still return for the great personal service. They even mailed me some emergency replacement contacts for free.
I am very satisfied – Dennis and Julya were great. Never having purchased eyewear before could have been much more difficult but Dennis made it fun. When I returned for my exam Julya was friendly and delightful. She even enabled me to get my glasses done before leaving town the same weekend. I can't remember the last time I had sucha good experiences with that level of customer service. Your sales staff is absolutely awesome. I am very satisifed.
Awesome – Staff is very patient, helpful with my astigmatism, hospitable and fun place to purchase eyewear.
