Knowledgeable Wonderful Sales Staff – The sales staff were extremely knowledgable and helped in checking out other options from companies I asked about. That is a wonderful ability to have people who are truthful about your product and compare it to others as well. I have not seen the doctor there this year, but in previous experience with him he has always been very satisfactory. My purchase experiences is related to past glasses which I have been very, very satisfied, still have them, but need them updated.

Very happy! – Amy was darling and completely invested in finding me the perfect pair of glasses--she's great! I am very happy with my purchase, although the price blew me away to be honest with you. It would be nice to have a percentage discount for repeat customers? :)
More variety – The staff is always friendly and eager to please and accomodating. I found the most unusual frames and I've been looking a long time. There were some issues which they generously fixed at no cost to me, though the error was mine.
Repeated customer – I have purchased several pairs of glasses from Superior and I have been happy with all of them. When I had a problem with the non-reflective coating on one pair, they immediately re-did the lens at no charge and without attitude.
A pretty well going experience – The doctor is very helpful and efficient. He answered all my questions patiently and in any way that I could understand.
