Called Superior Chimney because of the reviews on the BBB site! ****** clearly explained the process and the need for the additional work. He did not try to oversell or scare us into getting the extra work done but explained the benefits and purpose of it! He showed me exactly what he was doing and how he did it! Will be calling them again!

Good communication, clean and cost effective. Did a nice job cleaning chimney
Superior Chimney and the technicians were very thorough and respectful of our home. They did not pressure us to make unnecessary changes and were honest in what was a concern for today vs what could wait. I am not a chimney expert, and they took the time to explain why something was needed.
