**** and ***** are amazing. Very professional and friendly demeanor. Explained everythng they were doing in terms I understand. Showed pictures what they saw and explained what everything was and gave the best most affordable option for a family of 6. HIGHLY recommend Superior Chimney!!

The service was very well done. The techs explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. They provided documentation as well as pictures of my actual system to demonstrate. They provided best practices and some suggestions for helping operate and maintain my fireplace, as well. The service was done very efficiently, without interrupting my work. Everything about this appointment was too notch.
