Superior Chimney was excellent. They arrived within the expected window even when they had some unexpected challenges with previous calls. They kept communication with me with any updates and that was appreciated. They explained what they were doing, they didnt try to get me with anything extra. They were fast and clean. Called Superior Chimney because of the reviews on the BBB site! ****** clearly explained the process and the need for the additional work. He did not try to oversell or scare us into getting the extra work done but explained the benefits and purpose of it! He showed me exactly what he was doing and how he did it! Will be calling them again!
