Superior came out to do a chimney sweep and did a great job, took care of buildup and suggested parging to bring fireplace up to code, also improve drafting and efficiency. Also fixed cracks in the crown that were allowing water to find it's way onto chimney wall. Courteous, clean, not pushy, hardworking team! **** explained everything well. Superior Chimney was great to work with. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and when they came out for the estimate and the work, they were thorough and very professional. Showing my pictures of my chimney damage and even having a certificate of insurance readily available was extremely professional and appreciated. I would highly recommend this company!
I did a lot of research before I picked a contractor to do major work on our brick chimney. Superior Chimney was highly rated, and I like what they had to say and the they had all the required certifications I was looking for. Also, I liked the fact that their masons were employees, not outsourced. They did a GREAT job for us at a fair price. Work was well explained up front as well as the reason for importance for the work. It was accomplished on time and according to my request. They were flexible with the options.

The service was very well done. The techs explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. They provided documentation as well as pictures of my actual system to demonstrate. They provided best practices and some suggestions for helping operate and maintain my fireplace, as well. The service was done very efficiently, without interrupting my work. Everything about this appointment was too notch.
