Positive experience. **** and ****** were timely, professional and efficient. They called ahead to give a time frame of arrival. Cleaned and inspected fire box and chimney. Provided their recommendations for repairs with costs. We knew we had deferred maintenance that needed to be addressed. They provided pictures before and after work for verification. They were respectful and tidy in their work and did a good job addressing our concerns. Very pleased with the experience and would use again.
