Amazing service, excellent pricing and very transparent on the work that needed to be completed.
I am very impressed with the professionalism shown by Superior Chimney from the office person who took my call of inquiry to the respresentative and men who came to do the work. I received a reminder call the day before the work was to be done and a text the morning of giving me their expected ETA. The salesperson was straight forward explaining the work that needed to be done to meet code and to make the necessary improvements to assure the safety of the fireplace. I highly recommend this company!

**** R and **** * came out today, in the very cold and snowy weather to service our chimney. Professionalism is an understatement, they went above and beyond, cautiously and safely getting on the snowy roof to take pictures of the brick as well as cleaned out the chimney from within.
