I'm currently sitting at this carwash waiting to get my car washed for the second time. I paid to go though, as usual and when I got out to vacuume, there was black stuff all over my car. The very rude attendant said they had been having some issues and wouldn't refund my money. He has shut the carwash down and is making me wait 30 minutes to get this off my car instead of refunding me $7! There's no manager on staff and the only solution he offered was for me to call his manager tomorrow!!
After going though the car wash I noticed my car wasn’t clean ( it was just as dirty as it was before being washed.) So I tell the attendant and her reaction was most people wash their car before coming. So basically I paid $12 to wash my car but still have to go home and do it. What a waist because this use to be my favorite car wash. I’ll never use it again at this point.

I purchased the $18 car wash. Overall, I'm okay with the car wash. It didn't even clean the windshield, but the car was clean. My main complaint was the vacuums and trash cans. I had to try 3 vacuums before i found one that worked and EVERY single trash can in the lot was overflow with trash coming out of the top and every where on the ground. The property was absolutely filthy. Wouldn't recommend the anyone.
The dryer broke a piece off my lift gate and they refuse to fix it its gonna cost me over $300
We bought the $18 super wash, the most expensive package and we are very dissatisfied. The back of our van had spots that were missed, and the tire shine was only put on the passenger side and none on the driver's side. Looks awful with only two tires shiny. We went to Costco to shop and noticed these things when we got out of the van. We drove back over there to get it fixed and the guy blew us off. So I don't advise going here and wasting your money.
