I went to them to get my birthday nails done and the service was rushed badly. My nails are very much unsatisfactory for the cost. She drilled the edges and left nicks, I stated my pointer finger nail on my right hand was crooked she stated it was my finger 🤬🤬.... in 20 years of getting my nails done I never felt disrespected by someone refusing to correct an issue with a service they are providing and wanting paid for. This is the First nail salon I have Ever been to where the techs actually have real conversations with my daughter and myself. They were able to get us in 30 minutes before close and our nails Look Absolutely Gorgeous! I give them 100 stars and most definitely will come back and I Highly recommend them!! 71st and Garnet Super Nails is the Greatest nail salon!!

This place used to be great 10 years ago. Looks nice inside but awful at nails. Got a solar set with shellac. The nails on the underside look freaking awful, they didn't cover the whole nail with the shellac which also has holes in the top coat. They got the shellac on my finger tips and used remover to get it off which got on top of the nail and took some of the shellac off. Just got my nails done and they look like shit.
