Using them was quick, easy, and transparent. They kept me informed every step of the way and were patient with me as I looked up comps online. I was very happy with them and plan to use them again.

On time and thorough. Did not have the part on the truck. Returned in 30 minutes to install part to fix my refrigerator. Great job.
great customer service. The tech explained everything that needed to be done along with the costs. He had to order some parts and came back as scheduled to complete the job. I would hire them again.
The service was prompt and professional. My only issue was the price of the replacement part, but that wasn't their fault. It was just an expensive part. We compared their quote to the price online and it was the same price everywhere.

My dryer needed two service calls to get it right and he was trustworthy and sincere in my opinion. I would call on him again.
Our Refrigerator stopped working on Sunday. I called Super Air Repair on Monday morning and talked with the repair man right away. He was at our house in less than a hour. Repaired the refrigerator for a fair price. It is still working great. Yes I do recommend Super Air Repair.
I would have given this a five but he came in, checked several things and said I needed new parts. Came back the next day and the ice maker was working. So the cleaning fixed the problem and I didn't need new parts. Not sure why he recommended the parts before he knew if the cleaning worked.
