my husband and I were there this morning to pay for a room and the idiot behind the desk. wanted $15 nonrefundable pet fee for a service cat we have letter to prove this. than he wanted a $100 deposit also nonrefundable and than a room fee which we were willing to pay for a room not your $115 nonrefundable fees there was no excuse for any of this. Front desk lady was soooo rude and will not work with you at all!! They packed up all my fiancé’s things because he was at work and couldn’t call and extend his stay and wouldn’t let me do it for him!!

I only gave this hotel a 1 star because I had to....
