Terrible. Non ADA compliant no elevator and no 1st floor room available, rude staff, rooms nasty. In desperate need of upgrade. No wifi. Do not stay here. If I could provide 0 stars I would

Got there at 11:30 pm, entered the lobby and no one was at the reception desk. There was a very small sign on my side of the monitor saying "Please have a seat I will return shortly ". I forget the exact wording. I waited 5 minutes and no one. I had to go elsewhere. Mabey not so super I'd say.
I booked my room through a third-party site, and nowhere on the site or at check-in was it stated that a cash deposit would be required. I don’t mind paying a deposit, but guests should be properly informed in advance. As for the room itself—what exactly was my deposit securing? The room had no toilet paper roll holder, no smoke alarm, dead flies, and stained linens. Completely unacceptable. Bathroom in 213.dirty shower. Light doesn't work duct tape on door between next room. Go for breakfast. No coffee. Go to desk. Guy playing on phone grunts coffees over there. I tell him your out you were out last night. Continues playing on phone as grudgingly gets up and moves coffee thermos to make more. Remains watching videos entire time. No bread bagels ect only cereal or waffle a couple oranges and apples. Have stayed in Super 8 mostly for 3 weeks in various places because of "rewards" they suck. Only 2 up to par. Tras... read more
