I had severe back pain. It was the holidays and close to end of year. Dr. Sunwoo and his staff did all they could to get me in quickly for a steroid shot. I really appreciate how they made me feel like a priority and helped elevate my pain so I could get back to my life.
I received a back injection and was prescribed physical therapy.
Dr Sunwoo makes a treatment plan, taking everything about your medical history into consideration when discussing the plan. I had a spinal injection and PT 2 years ago and am now having a similar issue with nerve pain from my spinal stenosis. We are going to do PT first to hopefully avoid the injection. I like his willingness to discuss other options besides a procedure!
Excellent doctor ! Had lower back pain. Dr. Sunwoo diagnosed the issue. Received a back injection and attended PT. The result is no back pain. Would highly recommend.
Easy process. Good communication leading up to surgery day. I knew what to expect and did not have to wait long once at surgery center. Back feels great now!

Been having rhizotomy procedures for several years. Several different doctors due to insurance issues. The rhizotomies from Dr Sunwoo lasted much longer than others. He is very caring and willing to take time to explain everything. His staff is great as well
Dr Sunwoo is a great guy and awesome Dr. He's worked with me for over 7-8 years with my back issues. His bedside manners is the best and he's very soft-spoken. We work on a plan and he gets it done so that I have minimum downtime.
