Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido como inquilina. Durante mi estancia hubo problemas constantes de cucarachas . A pesar de que rara vez fumigaran , la situación nunca se resolvió de manera efectiva. El mantenimiento es deficiente. Cuando algo se rompe, las reparaciones tardan demasiado o no se realizan. La limpieza y el estado general de la propiedad dejan mucho que desear. Definitely not a good place to live, I've lived here for almost a year now and I cannot wait to move, it's poorly managed that's really the main reason why. It took me almost a month to get my hot water fixed, and probably longer than that to get my air conditioner fixed. It's laughable that they charge so much for so little management and care. STAY AWAY!!

Terrible management. They literally never answer the phone. You have issues with your apartment or any questions, have faith that you will never get it solved. Lack of service and lack of courtesy in a building that is infested with roaches and countless other problems.
