Definitely not a good place to live, I've lived here for almost a year now and I cannot wait to move, it's poorly managed that's really the main reason why. It took me almost a month to get my hot water fixed, and probably longer than that to get my air conditioner fixed. It's laughable that they charge so much for so little management and care. STAY AWAY!!
Terrible management. They literally never answer the phone. You have issues with your apartment or any questions, have faith that you will never get it solved. Lack of service and lack of courtesy in a building that is infested with roaches and countless other problems.
Not great housings, gate is always broken and cars get broken into
