Great place to live if you:1. Enjoy having an alcoholic manager and maintenance man 2. Do not mind not being able to get anything repaired in your apartment3. i have lived here for about a year, the manager Milka is great. The location is wonderful and convienantly located near everything you can imagine. Maintenance responds in a timely mannor. the only downfall is that the residences ae nasty and filthy. the apartment is roach infested and when you think you have gotten rid of your roaches beware because you will then get more and more. i myself have lost the battle of the roaches and they rarely come to spray my place for them. the disposal is disgusting and people pee and spit... read more
theses apartments are very small in the inside but the office stuff is ok..u can not get outside cable which will be a big problem because it is not explained when moved in the area can get a D but the cable has to go

a horrible place to live. renters beware. high crime. lousy manager,people commiting suicide, bad pet smell
This apartment complex is nasty. people break in to your car and the owner doesnt care. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!
I dont want to sell this place out, but the people that live here are nasty. It is not kept up by its inhabitants. The gates and doors are always broken. Mainly buy the people who live here. It is not one of those apartments that a person would want to live in to have peace and quiet. Trust me, there is better.
You dont want to live here! the property manager Milka is rude and unprofessional. In order to get things repaired you have to wait weeks for a poor job and calling the after hours number is poinless, they just tell you if you have a fire thats thats the only thing they consider an emergency. The building is infested with mold ,roaches, drug dealers and arsonists. Our record is 3 fires in a week and a half! trust me you do not want to live here!
