I recently had a very disappointing experience with Sunset Urgent Care Medical Center. I arrived during their posted hours of operation, only to find the clinic closed. After waiting for a while, someone finally returned and opened the clinic. However, instead of being helpful or addressing the situation, the staff member asked if I had ever been there before and then proceeded to suggest I just come back tomorrow. I have been a patient since 2012 approximately 12 years now. I like going to his office because there is no wait time, and I am usually out of there in 5 to 10 minutes. Anyplace else i have been too, I have waited up to 2 hours sometimes. So I'm sticking with Dr. Kwaw because conveniently it's a quick and easy, in-and-out.
Dr Kwaw was kind and very helpful in an emergency.
Took care of my medical need right away. So glad Dr. Kwaw's Urgent Care is in the Palisades.
Dr.Kwaw is a caring thorough doctor whom I would highly recommend.
