My experience was well above and beyond anything I could have expected! I got a great deal and I love my car!
Had the most awesome car buying experience ever in my life. These guys know how to take care of their customers. Since Venice is about 70 miles north, it took us about 1 1/2 hrs to get up there Tuesday night. Although they close at 7pm, and it was just after 6 when we left home to go, they stayed and waited for us. When we got there, they were very pleasant and helpful and in less than 2 hrs, we were driving home in this little baby!!! Today I brought my mom into Sunset Kia, after her financial situation changed for the worse she could no longer afford the lease payments on her car. Vinnie did everything he possibly could to help her and he was successfull. Disappointed to say the least. This is the second vehicle we purchased from this dealship. We recieved a flyer from Kia two days after we purchased the latest vehicle. The flyer guaranteed us over $2000.00 more on our tradein than the dealership gave to us. Our trade in was immaculate with less than 50,000 miles. When we questioned this we were given the complete run a round. No manager has even followed up with us. We like our Kia and it runs great. I just suggest a different dealership....
