RecommendedOverall, I’ve been very happy with Sunset Kia in Venice for the last 6 years.
Absolutely the best Kia dealership experience I have ever had. Had my Sportage and my wife's Optima in Monday for service and they totally wow'd us with their exceptional customer service and work on our car's. Not one greasy fingerprint left behind. Hand washed both cars. Very impressed with this dealership and will be back as needed for maintenance and future car purchases.

Horrible customer service.... first thing their service people including General Managers should learn is empathy then deal with your customers concerns...I actually went to Venice because services were so bad at Sunset Kia in Sarasota now I know they both have a poorly run service center too.
