Popped in just for a nose around and ended up buying a car. Sales staff (specifically Chris Lopez, as he is who we mainly dealt with, but they all seem great) are fantastic and genuinely seem to care about you as a person, and nudge you in the direction of the sale rather than pushing like other companies do. Door handle came off a couple of days later, but tge service staff listend and replaced really quickly and easily under warranty without any argument. Can I give their Service Department less than a 1? After 6 years of having Frank, I got stuck with Heidi. The fact I got 2 free oil changes does not make up for the fact, I got them because she screwed up 2 times. Heidi ordered a latch for my car 6 months ago, I still am waiting to hear from her. Oh by the way Venice Honda where I go now, said I didn't need the part, that would've cost nearly $200.00 after installation

I love their service department, especially Heidi! I get all my oil changes there, convenient, close to home and they offer roadside assistance with being loyal about getting your oil changes. I had an emergency on Monday, found tire in front tire - called Heidi, told her I had to be at Ft.Myers airport by 4PM - she said come right in - arrived 1:30PM - she made sure I was taken care of - out the door by 2:30PM and made it within 10 minutes of the arrival time of the plane landing!
