Amazing Buying Experience! While may have chose Sunset Honda for this, our first purchase from them because they were the closest dealer with the HR-V in the color and options we wanted. We will drive 400 miles each way to buy our next Honda from them because of the service we received! Serena and the entire staff was great!

I brought my car into Sunset to have the recall servicing done related to the air bag. Everyone was very cordial and the waiting area was comfortable and the free coffee was delicious. I was informed that one of my front tires was bald and they ended up having to do a realignment and a brake job in addition to changing the front tires. Even though I ended up having to drop quite a bit of money I was very impressed by the service and the environment that was provided while I waited.
My husband and I had a very positive experience at Sunset Honda in San Luis Obispo this past Saturday. We saw a 2016 truck (with 62 miles on it!) on line and inquired about it. Ken Janes at Sunset Honda gave me the best deal ever.!! I wanted to trade in my 2004 Honda Civic Coupe for something a little larger, newer, four door, automatic, with all electronic features. I still owed money on my car and I had no down payment. Ken got me into a 2008, a beautiful 4-door, automatic, all electronic, one owner, Civic EXL. Honda took my trade in and paid off my loan. I am so thrilled with my newer Honda and when I am ready to upgrade again I will go back to see Ken at Sunset Honda.
