Well I don't even know where to begin...if I could give them no stars I would!!! Positive...absolutely loved Steve!! He was amazing. I bought my 2014 Honda Accord sport there, after many mistakes on cars I didn't like or want. they were very gracious and helped lead me to the car I was happy with. I hd mydogwith me cause I didn't want to get tuck and buy another car I wasn't happy with. The sales person was excellent , took her time, and didn't push me at all. Went in and thought we were going to be driving off in the vehicle we liked since we had spoken to Ken the day before. He didn't really want to negotiate into the deal we wanted. After about 30mins of back and forth He then walked away And we saw from a distance that he raised his hands up in the air like saying "I'm done with them!" and sent someone else. Have had our 2013 Accord in several times for different issues factory but the one that stands out is the constant tire noise. After having both front bearings being replaced it was finally determined that one of the tires had a bump on it. Instead of taking care of it they said the issue was between us and Goodyear! We didn't buy the car from Goodyear, we bought it from Sunset Honda.
