They have taken good care of my cars for many years. It’s such a pleasure to be greeted by name by everyone when I come in. And I appreciate their honest assessment of my car’s needs. Today I thought I might be ready for new windshield wipers—they could have easily sold me a new set; instead they cleaned them and assured me my blades had plenty of life left. I totally trust them—the service department is the main reason I bought another Honda last year. I love this place.

I had quite a bit of work done to my ‘05 Honda Element and I am grateful that Sunset got it done in a timely manner. The car runs great now! Throughout the repair process Brandon did a fine job communicating with me by text and phone. I am glad to have a Honda dealer repair shop that I can trust. For me, Gouda in Alhambra set the bar pretty high and Sunset has met the standard!
Always friendly knowledgeable staff and everyone makes the effort to make sure you are being taken care of. The shuttle is always timely leaving Sunset it seems no matter when you get there and drop off your vehicle!
