Very friendly and professional
A little anxious about a procedure I was to have - a crown. However Barb, Beverly & Dr. Aiken made it as stress free as possible. Love the option to be told what is going to happen when, OR being able to opt out & just go with the flow. I opted not to know!
Although you do everything "right", the experience in the new office is too formal, too sterile, too cold. New faces every time. Even being asked to submit a review impersonally and online speaks to this. I know this is the way things are done these days, but I miss the old office and the personal way patients were treated.

We certainly understand how you feel, we miss the small office as well. We are trying to trim down, and be that old office, as much as we can. We will try hard for you, time does change, faces change, however; Dr. Jones is always here for you.
We were hesitant on changing out dental clinic from Elizabethtown, NC to Sunset Dental because of how long we have been going to the same Dentist for years. We are glad we did!!! The staff at Sunset Dental are AWESOME! Very friendly, personable and professional. My wife and I love Sunset Dental!
When I first moved to this area about 5 years ago, I developed a dental problem on July 4th. Dr Jones' office scheduled me in the very next day & I will always be grateful & loyal for the quick service & treatment I received. They are all always friendly, efficient & caring in helping to provide a great dental experience which can sometimes be stressful.
Last procedure was receiving two crowns. One was a result of a cracked tooth. The other was and old crown that exposed a large gap that collected food. Two temporary crowns were installed and permanent ones installed this week. The temporary crown to correct the food gap worked fine. Now with the permanent crown the gap is back and food still collects. Will see how things progress.
