A beautiful decor and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff that I met were friendly, engaging, courteous and very professional. The time and detail spent explaining what I could expect during my visit was helpful and calming for my first visit to a new dentist in 35 years. I don’t have insurance so the payment program they offered was appreciated. The only concern I had was the difficulty understanding the no insurance program details. Dr Jones and his staff are awesome! They are professional, personable and are always making sure you are comfortable.
Staff is amazingly friendly, Doctors are on schedule and professional.
The assistant belittled me and did not address my concerns or care. I was in extreme pain and she mocked me by calling it discomfort. She was also more concerned whether I could afford treatment. She does not know me or my finances. I have never been treated this way at Sunset Dental before!
