Very professional which made me very comfortable
I thought my initial consultation for my second visit was a bit strong. The questions and what I should be doing was a bit much.

First class dental care an excellent customer service
The hygienist was very thorough. I didn’t realize that my first visit would be 2 hours. When I stopped in 4 days earlier to pick up the firms I needed to do, the receptionist couldn’t tell me the cost of a first visit. That would have made me consider the plan you offer for those without insurance. Having this information may have made a difference.

We apologize for this, it is difficult to give you a fee prior to your appointment as we do not typically know the type of radiographs you may need to if you would be a periodontal cleaning or standard cleaning. In the future we will try our best to better inform you of the long appointment, as we are very thorough and about a fee. Thank you for your feedback so we can continue to be better at what we do
