This is a fairly new office building. It is clean, well designed and very comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like my dentist (Dr. Jones) and my hygenist (Dona). I'm very happy to recommend this practice.

Was rushed through Dr. exam. Dentist did introduce herself but gave me no chance to acknowledge her. I was told I need a crown. If I didn’t already have dental education the explanation would not have been sufficient. Also was told by hygienist it looked like the crown would only cost me out of pocket $25. I knew different and asked the front desk to check on this fact. The cost will be close to $600. The same thing happened with my husband. And you are absolutely correct that the hygienist should NOT be reviewing insurance and payments with you.
