Speaking about the Service area: Friendly and honest staff. Clean, comfortable, well designed waiting room. I love to come here, they even have a glass room to accommodate the tiny population. I'm STILL waiting for the breakfast bar and car wash to be approved and implemented. 4 stars because 1) they Fox on in the waiting room and similarly, 2) although I own the car, some of the staff only speak car talk to my husband. ETA: Car Wash is Open! Yay.
i purchased 2 vehicles from them, 2013 and a recent purchase where they tacked an extra 3,200 dollars onto my daughters financing for tire and rim coverage and bumper to bumper warranty . We never agreed to this! it took 4 months to be reimbursed. I plan on buying a new land cruiser this sept. , I will not be going there.
The best place that I've ever been to deal with leaseing or buying a car. The sales person was so friendly, polite and professional that I left the place with my new 2017 Toyota Corolla. Thank you Efraim Pagan! Keep it up Sunrise Toyota! By the way, I love my rooster. He is in my car! :)

Many years ago I bought a used Matrix from Sunrise Toyota. While I was very happy with the service I received, when I was forced to replace it after being hit, I bought another Matrix from Smithtown Toyota. What a mistake! When it came time to get another Toyota, I went straight to Sunrise. I had a great experience with Bob and the rest of the staff and ended up with a 2017 Prius V. I love it!
Yesterday I had an appointment to have my Toyota RAV4 Hybrid serviced for its 5000 mile checkup. After waiting only an hour in their lounge, my car was ready. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful, professional and efficient. My service manager, Bob Creevy.(sp?) was particularly friendly and welcoming. I am a happy customer!

I Brought my Mother In Law here to buy her a Used Toyota Rav 4! Anthony Pavone was great and helped us find the right fit! My 5 year old was even running all over the show room and they were very patient with him.
