stay away from this dealership. they false advertise and their customer service is extremely poor. they talk down to their customers as if they're stupid. do trust the pricing on their vehicle! this is from my personal experience with this dealer on 2 separate occasions.

My husband and I stopped in looking to purchase, my first impression was not very good, the salesman didn’t act to enthused to sell anything, we knew exactly what vehicle we were there to see and once it was unlocked the keys went in the salesman’s pocket and we weren’t even offered to start it or even test drive! Needless to say we will not ever stop in there again!

RecommendedAlmost got a bad review. Last visit I purchased a battery and should have received 20% off since I had a coupon. I was told on that date the computer was down, at the time. Mention it on the next visit and they would make sure I got the discounted amount. Luckily the service advisor was there, unluckily she didn’t keep her word. Luckily I was assigned a different service advisor today, who overheard everything, and did in fact honor their mistake from last time and provided me with no charge for today’s visit plus assistance... read more

RecommendedBrought my Highlander for 15k care service and a low pressure fuel pump recall. I made the appointment online the day before. Mr. Nawfal Ali was the appointed service advisor and provided me exceptional service. He even provided me a loaner since the work load seemed that it may be completed the next day. Two hours later, work was completed. I will be returning for my succeeding services.
